Ice cream is my friend, it makes me feel better when I am sad. It is good with a good chick flick. Ice cream goes with whatever I wear. Ice cream makes me smile. Ice cream makes me happy expect when I have gained weight. Friend or Foe?

- I am a stay at home mom. I have 4 kids. Britt is 17 yrs old & a senior. Becca is 14 yrs old & a freshman. Parker and Dalton are 8 yr old twin boys in 2nd grade. I lost my first love of my life 12 yrs ago to suicide. My world as I knew it came crumbling down. I drug myself from the bottom of the well and put my life back together. I remarried to the second love of my life and been riding the roll coaster of life. Some days are just more bumpy than others and I am just trying to ride it out.
